Why Germany for Nursing?
Germany urgently needs nurses. This program provides a safe and lawful way to live, work, and settle in Germany. In addition to receiving a monthly stipend while training and earning a globally recognized qualification, you will have the opportunity to seek permanent residency after several years of employment.
Ausbildung Program: What Is It?
Germany’s vocational training program, known as Ausbildung, blends classroom instruction with practical job experience in facilities such as hospitals or senior living facilities.
Duration: around three years of full-time work. It may be shorter or longer, depending on your background and prior experience. Options for part-time work might last for up to five years. You will make between €1,200 and €1,400 a month while you are training. You will be able to work anywhere in Germany as a state-recognized nurse after you graduate.

Who May Apply?
Important: Please only apply if you fulfill the following prerequisites. If you do not already hold a nursing diploma or degree (or a comparable credential) and a B2-level German language certificate, do not submit your resume. We won’t consider applications that don’t meet these requirements.
- A nursing degree or credential (for a certified nurse or a similar profession)
- B2 proficiency in German
- High school graduation or its equivalent
- Good health and a spotless record
- Willing to work for a minimum of three years in Germany
How We Assist
You submit your resume for review. We put you in touch with reputable German training facilities or hospitals directly. You are responsible for your trip plans, visa application, and language instruction. The program offers minimal but clear assistance without charging any fees.
After Training
After completing the Ausbildung, you can begin making between €2,800 and €3,200 a month. In In addition to applying for long-term or permanent residency in Germany, you will have the opportunity to specialize in fields like intensive care units, pediatrics, or elder care.
